President Muhammadu Buhari again on Friday met behind closed doors with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Yakubu Dogara, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The meeting was the second one between the two leaders since the allegation of budget padding levelled against the Speaker and some principal officers by the former Chairman of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin, started. Unlike the first meeting penultimate Friday when he was accompanied by Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (House of Representatives), Suleiman Kawu, the Speaker came for the Friday meeting in company with some senators from his state, Bauchi.
